Qualified candidate will have an associate's degree in a related field and experience with IBM AS/400 or i-series RPG, sub-file and CL programming. Experience with PRMS/BOSS, IBM Query, NGS-IQ, PHP/HTML/SQL/JAVA programming helpful. Excellent communications skills required.
